AI-powered construction intelligence, built in Perth.
Connected Projects does three things: we inspect, we estimate, and we administer. AI engines do the heavy lifting; a construction professional reviews every output before it reaches you. That combination is the whole company.
One firm. One workflow.
Inspect, estimate, administer.
Connected Projects is a specialist AI construction intelligence firm based in Perth, Western Australia. We build and operate the engines that turn property inspections into costed scopes of works, estimates and contract paperwork — live today with insurance builders and a WA government housing portfolio.
Inspect
AI-powered property capture through our Yembo partnership, plus an offline-capable field assessor app that works without reception and syncs when back online — built for properties at the edge of the network, not just the metro grid.
Inspection technology →Estimate
Scoping and estimating engines calibrated for WA trade rates: insurance claim scoping, SOR vacancy make-good with baseline-versus-inspection delta reports, and construction estimates for projects up to $5M — delivered as branded Word and Excel files.
Scoping & estimating services →Administer
ACCA, our contract administration platform: variations, RFIs, site instructions, EOTs, defects, work orders and payment claims — with work orders auto-generated per trade on variation approval and a full audit trail behind every document.
Contract administration →Built by someone who has done the paperwork.
Connected Projects was founded by Logan Smith, who comes from the construction industry with hands-on delivery experience — the scoping, estimating and contract paperwork this company now automates is work he has done himself.
The company exists because of a problem anyone in delivery recognises: the paperwork is the bottleneck. Scopes, estimates, delta reports and contract documents routinely take longer to produce than the decisions they support. Inspections sit unscoped for days, turnaround KPIs slip, and skilled people spend their time reconciling spreadsheets instead of running jobs.
Logan founded Connected Project Services Pty Ltd — trading as Connected Projects — in Perth to attack that bottleneck directly: AI engines that produce the documents in hours instead of days, with a construction professional reviewing every output before it goes anywhere near a client.
Connected Projects is deliberately a founder-led specialist firm, not an agency with layers of account management. When you engage us, you deal directly with the person responsible for the work — and that accountability is part of the product.
Three principles behind every engagement.
The engines are fast, but the operating principles are what make the output dependable enough to put in front of your clients.
Human in the loop, always
No AI output leaves Connected Projects unreviewed. Every job passes through a processing–review–approve workflow where a construction professional checks the scope, the rates and the logic before delivery — with change requests and revisions tracked against the job. Speed comes from the engines; trust comes from the review.
White-label by design
Deliverables go out on your letterhead, in your branding, ready for your client. We built the platform to make you look good, not to put our logo on your work — which is why our production insurance engagement runs entirely white-labelled, and why our case studies are anonymised.
Pilot first, scale second
Every engagement starts with a scoped pilot on your real jobs. Pilots prove the workflow on your data before anything scales to per-job pricing and then a portfolio retainer, with commercial terms agreed per engagement.
